Italian Pinochle is a popular card game that shares similarities with Rummies and Burraco. The game is played in teams of two, where your objective is to accumulate more points than your opponents.
The gameplay is divided into two sides: one where your team melds and the other where your opponents meld. You can only play on your side, but you can strategically take jokers from your opponents' melds. Additionally, there is a special joker called Pinella (2 of clubs and spades), which can only be placed and taken from your own melds by you and your teammate.
There is also a unique discard pile feature that allows you to take cards from the top of any stack.
The free version of Italian Pinochle is fully featured, although it includes advertisements. However, you have the option to purchase the full version to enjoy an ad-free experience.
